Keep a Word, Drop a Word

Hello, and welcome to the games 
This first one is kind of a variation on the 'Four-letter word game' but changed to make it more interesting.
The idea is we start with a two-word phrase and then each person keeps one of the words and drops the other, replacing it with their own. This will create a new funny/interesting/boring two-word phrase.
For example: If we started with 'Spare Parts', the next person could write 'Going Spare' and the next could be 'Going Loco'.
Hope you get that, I think it should be pretty straight-forward once it gets started.
So, we start with:
My House
Have Fun!
